Does our Trust/Society/Company need any experience in the education field in case we want to open a Sunbeam School ?
No prior experience is required as the initiation, support and training programmes will be provided by Sunbeam Eduserve. This support will be comprehensive and continues.

I own a school which is running currently, but I am interested in turning it into a Sunbeam school so that I may benefit from your brand, systems, support and innovativeness? Do I need to start from scratch.
Sunbeam Eduserve offers comprehensive consultancy for school turnarounds and we would be glad to offer you the same. The schools after the agreement would be powered by Sunbeam Eduserve under your existing school name.

What would be the investment amount?
The investment amount will depend on the city/town. The minimum requirement will be keeping in mind required Sunbeam standards. The details will be discussed during face to face interaction.

What is an ideal location for a Sunbeam school? What is the criterion for approval of location?
Easy accessability has been the highlight of all Sunbeam Schools. The School can be situated at any good location where students have easy access. The other criteria that we look for are land size, and neighbourhood alongwith accesability.

Is it compulsory that the land should be owned or rented?
No, you may lease it. The lease has to be irrevocable and for 30 years

Will Eduserve help us to construct the school building?
The construction of the school will be as per the specifications of our architect. We will also approve the complete lay out and help you at the layout stage. Sunbeam has a minumum requirement of infrastructure setup for starting a Sunbeam school which will be handed over to you later.

How long will it take to open a school?
It depends upon the quality and condition of the existing infrastructure. associate funding capabilities and the zeal.Accordingly, it may take from 4 months - 12 months.

How will Sunbeam Eduserve vouch for qualified teachers? What would be the salary and remunerations of the staff?
The quality of staff decides the quality of education offered in the school. Hence we personally supervise the recruitment process to attract the best possible talent. The teachers and other staff have to be recruited at local level and we will assist the associates at the time of recruitment .The Sunbeam Eduserve training department will train every single staff member amd make them good enough to deliver the Sunbeam Pedagogy.Regular Quality Control inspections and feedback will ensure delivery system is not hampered. The number of staff members will be as per requirement. Their salary will be governed by CBSE norms.
The principal of the school will be appointed by the parent body in consultation with the associate school.

How much involvement will I need to commit to the school, as an associate?
Most of the day-to-day running of the school will be handled by the Principal. However, for the school to flourish as with any organization you will need to devote time , control , inspect, recruit & manage your staff, monitor the financials and look after some administration work as well.Sunbeam will provide all the software on a daily basis to oversee smooth running of the school and give every possible guidance to the Principal.

Can I start more than one associate school?
Yes, you can start more than one associate school in deifferent cities or in different locations in big cities. We are not averse to the idea if you have the potential.
